Reiki Healing Sessions
Reiki complements any form of therapy and helps support the body’s natural healing process. Reiki helps to gently rebalance the flow of Ki, or Chi, in your body in a holistic manner.
You will receive the Reiki healing session while lying on a massage table fully clothed. It is common for the receiver to experience relaxation and calmness as the session proceeds. Each person experiences Reiki differently.
Throughout the session, I place my hands in a sequence of positions over the meridian lines and energy centers on the body. I lay my hands either directly on or slightly above the body during the session. This helps the body receive the energy so it can be distributed as needed throughout the body.
A full Reiki session lasts 1½ to 2 hours. The session begins and ends with a short consultation of individual needs. Together we will look at any physical, emotional and spiritual imbalances that you may be experiencing to help create a session that is perfect for you.
Sessions are available on Saturdays in my healing office space in San Francisco.

Reiki Crystal Energy Sessions
A Reiki Crystal energy session combines Reiki healing energy with the power of crystals. Each crystal acts as an additional Reiki practitioner, making this a very powerful healing session.
During the session, you will lie comfortably inside a crystal grid of 50 crystals, while you receive Reiki healing energy. Each crystal grid is created specifically to work with your healing intention. Some possible intentions can be to clear your energy field, strengthen your energy field, balance and activate your chakras, or to release and reprogram an emotional issue. The crystals will help you to bring about profound changes in your life.

Distance Reiki Healing Sessions
Reiki is Universal Life Energy, transcending both time and space. An exciting thing about Reiki is that the practitioner and the receiver do not need to be in the same space for a healing session to occur and be effective. Healing sessions can be sent by distance to any location and they last for 30 minutes. A distance session also includes a short phone or email consultation before and after the healing session takes place. During this time, I can answer any questions you might have. We would arrange a time in advance to set up the distance healing so that you can be in a relaxed space to receive the Reiki energy.
